Most people don't say yes I want to work in a factory. It is 2025. People want more, people want education, people want better jobs.

These bosses don't understand how working families need help. We need the flexibility to work from home to support our families. Those 2 extra hours not commuting make a huge difference for working families. The times need to catch up with what working families need. No wonder the birth rate is down
