Christmas stocking number 5 is complete! My daughter's request for designs: cats and axolotls. The yellow color kind of ate the cream color on this one, but she loves it, and that's all that matters.

I couldn't help it, when I saw this free pattern by @cascadeyarns.bsky.social I HAD to make it! This is the Harvest Pie coaster set, and it is so freaking cute and so perfect for Fall, I can't get over it. Although, who am I kidding, I'll keep this out all year long.

My husband told me he saw that knitters and crocheters live on average 10 years longer than others. He then said it takes them on average 10 years to weave in all their ends. Now it's going to take him 10 years to avoid me stabbing him with my knitting needles while I avoid weaving in my ends. 😂

Wearing this on my first day of teaching so everyone knows what I teach. 😂 Pattern is the Briar Top from Mood Fabrics. If you love corsets but hate the hassle of wearing them, this top is the most perfect alternative.

Excited to bring home my first haul from the Chicago Yarn Crawl! This year I was focusing on acrylic yarns to build up my stash of colors that I use for blankets and amigurumis, which ended up being all Plymouth Encore. 😂
