Unfortunately I couldn't find this piece online so here's a photo from my copy of "An Illustrated Dictionary of Gods and Symbols of Ancient Mexico and the Maya" by Mary Miller and Karl Taube.

I just love this picture and need to show it to people. It lives in my brain rent free.

And then I ended up buying a second copy to give to my partner (who also ended up quite liking it) and I put almost 200 hours into this game.

I found this game this by pure chance while in a rut looking for a rogue-like to play on my steam deck that could truly hook me, a very tall order honestly.

I had previously never heard a peep about it anywhere even in passing but the reviews caught my eye, I took a closer look and then bought it.

I have a difficult time writing my thoughts out and a few people have already wrote some excellent and informative comments about this game so I'll just throw my thoughts in to hopefully add some noise.

This game needs more attention.
It's simply one of the best indie games I've played period.
