It's called a Cross Fox. They exist, aren't rare globally (30% of red foxes in Canada are cross foxes) though are endangered in regions where they are hunted for fur (Scandinavia). This is a real photo but the colours have been "semi faked". Here's a photo of one without the saturation blown out.
