From what XPower do you think it becomes worth to switch to takoroka?

I thought that if you try to spam shields it would be really bad for ink efficiency. But maybe a 1/2 second cooldown would be more balanced

Not my main but I still love it, recycle brella. Make it so if you launch a shield and it's destroyed it immediately regenerates (recycles). If you destroy the shield before launching its the same. For the kit I think torp and booyah would be really cool.
