This one had eluded me for such a long time, even amongst VIVID WAVE we didn’t really have a concrete answer as for why this was happening, until I pointed out a disengagement as being “the right play if I was on edit”.

And all this isn’t to say I regret my time on edit, far from it. It’s still my favorite weapon, and it’s taught me a lot of good things.
However, I never learned how to keep some of those aspects away from my other weapons, and it has affected me in my play
Now it’s time to play the weapon proper

Last week, I reached out again for them to review one of my games, and once again, I was surprised by their response. “Honestly we play in similar ways and I noticed problems in your play that I am also experiencing as well, here’s what I’m doing about it…”

However, what surprised me at the time was their answer. “Honestly, your machine is super good, I’m not sure what I can say for advice for you other than using angles.” At the time I just chalked it up to them having 10x the experience on the weapon as I did since they one trick it.
