Knorr mushroom rice flavor. Don't get it twisted. This isn't mushroom risotto. This was a mix in a bag for a dollar.
And then I topped it with lobster, a bit of catfish, some onion that had all been sauteed and or rewarmed in a compound butter.

This is my 14-year-old #LhasaApso in his blue blanket that just came out of the dryer. It is a very special feeling. I had to call him in from outside immediately after it came out. He's a very happy boy right now.
