I believe we are collectively guilty, responsible of the current state of academia: uncritical debate, ignorance of historical facts, podshot condemnations and so on. Now we need to do something. Educate. Recall the basics.

I am moving my bewilderment to Bluesky. Has anyone noticed that most journalists talk about Palestinian “hostages” being released? I am siding with the civilians. Appalling situation. But no we are talking about prisoners.
