your mileage may vary! but this has been working for me. I also take a multi vitamin, omega oil, and a keratin pill, but I can't personally do biotin because it makes me break out.

I've also recently started using some dr. groot products but haven't been using them long enough to recommend or not

1) silk pillowcase 2) rosemary scalp oil (I use brigeo) 3) rosemary salt scrub shampoo (I use aromatica) followed by second shampoo of your choosing 4) use a shampoo massage brush when washing 5) I use a WetBrush because it's gentle on the scalp
