she never said anything about trans women. cis people have ranges, there are skinny cis men and muscular cis women. she didnt say anything about gender in the quote and the article doesnt even say she was talking about trans people when she said it

Agreed. i don't think people are actually reading the article, she states that she wants to take into account body mass and athletic ability. nowhere does it say anything about gender
