Damn I actually finished something, tried a couple of new things while making this and I thing it turned out pretty nice. Now I can laze away till I get the drive to make something else again.

I love this big guy, may even change the pallet to mimic/match Xero's palette as a sort of alternat form, but we'll see. Been wanting a big fat Lugia OC for a while, and this guy is just too perfect.
