Because they see social media as the newest newspaper/radio/TV. A means of broadcasting what they want said to the wider world. They don’t see it as an avenue to contact them.

“Enby” has been growing on me. I use it. But I’m not quite satisfied with it.
Creature is actually nice though. I don’t need my gender (or lack thereof I suppose) to be acknowledged, but I certainly enjoy “being creature” and acknowledged as not just a human.

I don’t feel helpless in the sense that I’m not strong enough or good enough, it’s more like sitting and waiting to be called by the DMV to go up and finally get authorization to live a life. There’s nothing I can do, no opportunity to seize, just… sit here and wait and try not to stare at anyone.

I’m very happy about the one good thing I got. But without some revolution or the world otherwise losing its shit next year, I don’t see my life changing next year, not for the better. I’m not in the worst mental space I’ve been in either, really I’m just annoyed at how little agency I have.

Maki or Biscuit. Caspian or Azure could probably vibe with Maki easily and keep them cozy.

As prey pretty much any of us would much prefer a predator who’s way into making it fun and comfy and pushing buttons over being brutal and dismissive so Biscuit kinda tops the list otherwise.

Much better than just bare diaper if you ask me. Gotta accessorize.
