Nothing too fancy! I just chopped and pureed an entire packet of frozen leaves (Asian Best brand, apparently 4oz) with ~1 cup water, strained the liquid into a saucepan, and then simmered it over the stove with ~1 cup sugar until fully dissolved. There are probably better/smarter ways to do it 🤔
