I love the era when "sci-fi" did not generally equate with "action", and explored odd and thoughtful themes. I finally watched this during the height of the pandemic and wondered why I waited so long.

I love it as much as the original, though it's so different and inventive a take. We'd never seen anything like those first gripping 15 minutes, and the pathos of the main character was really affecting. Love the rooftop celebrity game. Best-of-breed.
