(2/3) What finally broke the loop for us was realizing our strategy literally couldn’t lead to a release. One teammate finally said it out loud and we knew she was absolutely right. We were going nowhere slowly. Very, VERY slowly!

(1/3) Ah, I really relate to this. I was stuck in stagnant game dev from 2018 to mid-2025. Lots of ideas and a ton of scope creep. My own studio's first game died a year long death from continuous scope creep.
