There will always be folks who knee-jerk "let's get a center forward" whenever there's a scoring dry spell. The real solution is to always be on the lookout for more quality and to focus on what the current players can do rather than on what they can't do

I would guess Putin will say as little as possible, as there is no good way to spin it. I wonder where Assad will spend his next few years - I imagine that his allies will view him as a walking embarrassment.

It's enormously frustrating to see legislators on the Left talk about crypto like it's an ordinary category of financial product - it isn't. Beyond the future potential and current reality of market manipulation there are fundamental flaws that cannot be fixed

A friend of mine used to work for RFK so I've heard a bunch, but the frustrating thing about him is that he is right about a fair number of things, but his process of getting to those positions is so bad that it's hard to take anything at face value
