It's been almost 30 years since we had anything of this scale happen here, I'm worried about what it's going to do to my country. I hate that this is going to become a political football and more people are going to be hurt by it still, as Netanyahu has already weighed in.

Sure. There has been no attack from Muslims on Jews in the past 12 months. White people have been the ones attacking Jews. Any violent attack, other than those by racist white people, has been followed up and punished.

Are you serious? Have some respect for the dead, first, and second thing is they had shotguns, not automatic rifles. These people probably didn't have legal access to these weapons, like they do in the US. Don't use this as some political point, that's foul.

Where does it say who perpetrated this? It's a tragedy, do not use these people as pawns to push a political goal. Think of the dead and wait for more information.

Oooh, this is a fantastic spreadsheet! I know it's a lotta extra work, but would you consider adding in a size range column as well? (Also, thanks for sharing it with the world :P )

Literally anything by Tamora Pierce is good too, and she was actively tweeting her support for trans people at JK Rowling at one stage.

My solution was to get someone near me to set a password so I can't break through into those habits as much, which has helped a lot. It's not for everyone, but it could work?

bypassing through there. Try reading or making things offline (sewing or woodcarving or something that uses your hands) or try going on walks. I'm trying to this too and I think making things or being outside feels good once you do a bit of it. Once you've detached a bit going places is easier

If you're just trying to get rid of screens for a bit you can set up your phone and laptop to only allow you access to anything distracting for set periods of time to help get your focus back? Keep messaging apps unlocked and maybe use a browser that is intentionally annoying to use to avoid
