I was planning to redo this one again for the nth time with a newer style I was recently trying out, only to realize I actually finished it months ago lol (the very first attempt was around 2021 I think lmao 🫠)

Decided to redo this WIP drawing since I wasn’t satisfied with how it looked initially… Seems that using the same painting brush for the lineart made the drawing look a bit more cohesive overall (at least for this one anyway) 🤔

…….. i have unfortunately made countless attempts at shading the skin (YET AGAIN) with one bringing more emphasis to brush textures, another one that’s smooth, and then a mix of the previous two and i am STILL not satisfied with every single one of em…. 🥲🥲

its been so long that ive forgotten what brushes ive used for the head and collarbone areas lol. trying to achieve a textured look for the body shading has been so difficult though, what with my compulsive habit to smooth everything out………….. -__-

had a bit of spare time and the actual will to do things, so here’s another drawing. i’ve honestly accepted that i may not be able to finish any drawings ever, but i’m glad that i still have the motivation to draw (even if said motivation is practically nonexistent and only happens very rarely, lol)
