I love you too, and a thank you to you too, HUSBAND. 🤯

You could always do what I’m doing. My great aunt is an officiant so we’re eloping privately on Thanksgiving and then at dinner we’re going to be like, “We just want to take a moment to thank everyone for coming to our wedding. Enjoy the reception. 😉” just have them be like 👁️👄👁️ “huh?”

It’s when your art (whatever that looks like for you) just pours out of you, and is easy. The world fades away, and everything just… flows.

But! My art journey is not yet complete. In the meantime, I will be turning this account into a strictly-personal page.

If you love my art and want to keep up with where my journey will go from here, please come follow me over at

I’m looking between the one you wanted and the one here and I cannot tell the difference. 😭

We’re actually less likely to be lactose intolerant overall than others. 😅

Lactose tolerance evolved as we moved to places with less sunlight, so not only did skin lighten to make the most of the available sunlight, but we still needed to take in Vitamin D from other sources, too! Like dairy. 🤯
November 7, 2025 at 7:03 PM
Not to mention that this one will really only have my family and I definitely want to celebrate with his family too, so we’ll save all the really fun stuff for that. 🥰

We will have a bigger ceremony once I can lose some weight and get my spinal stuff figured out, but for now, getting married on paper is mostly out of convenience and practicality for like, insurance and inheritance stuff and what-not. But don’t worry. I have a whole Pinterest board at the ready. 😌

I don’t know, maybe I’m crazy but it feels pretty iconic to me, especially because the idea of throwing a huge party stresses me out and getting dressed for Thanksgiving is way less pressure than dressing for a formal wedding ceremony. Having guests there already is just a bonus.
November 5, 2025 at 4:19 AM
So, that’s what we’re doing. Our guests will be none the wiser until that moment… and instead of cake, there’s a local place that does concretes by the quart and wedding cake is a mix-in you can get. It’s been a lifelong favorite of mine, so we’ll just crack that open afterward. 😂

then my mom brought up that my great aunt is able to officiate and I made a joke about being at Thanksgiving at her house and just randomly calling attention and being like, “So I want to thank you all for coming to my wedding,” and then we realized that doing that would be hilarious.

Okay but you know what? A walk on the treadmill is still exercise and I’m proud of you. Not every trip to the gym has to be this whole, fleshed out, optimized workout routine. 💕 You went and that’s amazing. Good job, friend. 🥰

Yeah, we’re both alright. We’ve both been really stressed, and haven’t had the energy to be on social media much.

I live in Kansas, btw, where Medicaid expansion was blocked by the GOP as a continuation of Sam Brownback’s GOP “experiment.” Brownback left his role as governor of Kansas (after running us into the ground) to work for… yep, you guessed it, Donald J. Trump in first term. Because KS was a “success.”🤬

My pain tolerance is so high (like every other person who deals with chronic pain), so the pain I’m trying to describe would have most people vomiting but sure let’s not manage my pain AT ALL. 😵‍💫 Fuck America, dude.

And no, I’m still not a medical professional, but I do know what a spine is supposed to look like and it sure as shit ain’t what’s going on in my body. And no, I’m not a professional, but I can also google words I’m unfamiliar with and no I don’t “just have arthritis.” Ffs.
November 2, 2025 at 12:47 PM
Anyway, no, I’m not a medical professional but I have been my own PCP since I turned 18 (I’m 28). And I do have the medical knowledge I’ve learned over the past 10 fucking years of my life after reviewing medical journals so I can pick out medicinal fucking plants to get by.
November 2, 2025 at 12:47 PM
And without insurance? I can’t afford the treatments, surgeries, medication, etc. that might actually get me working again. So I will CONTINUE to be disabled, and CONTINUE to not be able to work.

But that’s not even touching the medical gaslighting I face. 🤦🏻‍♀️
November 2, 2025 at 12:47 PM
So, even as a disabled person with $0.00 in monthly income because I can’t get a job (BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITIES. PLURAL), these are the plans I qualify for. I don’t get any tax credits, nothing to bring it down.

And for what I need? Those Bronze plans are horseshit.
