Ouggh 😵💫😵💫 Yeah I’ve heard from people who had zyrtec lose efficacy over time or straight up not work; hope it doesn’t happen again for you or there’s something easy OTC to take 😭😭💓
Dietary wise the thing that has helped me the most is cutting down on sugars, but I know that’s a hard one

other than that I’ve take omega3/6 (fish oil) supplements daily and have been trying to decrease histamines in my diet which may or may not help

Zyrtec has always worked for me!!! I had them nightly for a few years here and there from stress, but zyrtec manages to get the worst of it down
