Day 4 of Kwanzaa — Ujamaa: Cooperative economics.
Nsibidi symbol — togetherness and family.

No one goes into herbalism because they want to be rich. I became an herbalist because I saw the business of healthcare in the US, and people deserve better. Dignity and social equity should come first.

Today is the third day of Kwanzaa, Ujima, collective work and responsibility. The adinkra symbol, Akoma ntoaso, is the symbol of shared effort and obligation. Ujima is about the power of working together and taking care of each other. If we're not looking out for each other, who will?

I'm a day late [and a dollar short]. It is day 2 of Kwanzaa —In honor of kujichagulia, allow me to introduce myself:

Hi, I'm Aster, and I'm a "bad" herbalist who doesn't believe in anything one-size-fits-all when it comes to anyone's health. Herbalism is deeply personal and should fit you.
