xianzhou or penacony. Both had some extremely annoying fights for who I had at the time (Xianzhou it was the deer, Penacony was Aventurine.) Pretty sure I've never used the easy mode on the bosses when that came out. Never used it in Amphoreus either.

waited. I waited like a week or two before I tried again—the feature didn't work. I ended up sending an email to the moderation team email to try to get it removed.
