The easiest method (aside from hand-painting with fabric paint) would be heat transfer vinyl, but it won’t look authentic. Screen printing would be a better option... But it's quite hard to get it perfect...

My partner always puts me in like that... I guess it feels more restrictive? He also tightened the side strap so I wouldn’t be able to roll over at night...
