Meh, depends on the conditions the cows are raised in. Certain boutique dairies raise cows for raw milk and are tested relentlessly. I bake bread using raw milk, but I'm not suggesting the whole industry should return to raw milk. Kennedy is an idiot.

Once you bake the bread, it doesn't matter.

If I leave Raw Milk on the counter, it turns to curds and whey. I can then use the whey to make sourdough bread. If I leave pasteurized milk out, it rots. That's the difference.
