Having fun doing a more clear less foggy sort of night thing as well.

Someone couldn't quite finish their slice from my birthday yesterday and alongside a little leftover gravy I got to give my birds a nice treat this morning. The handicap accessible ones at least.
Miss pinch a black chicken looking surprised at being given a plate of gravy and carrot cake 4 chickens eating leftover birthday treats. The 2 on the left look upset after having thrown their carrot cake onto the ground graciously sharing with the less handicap accessible chickens that aren't pictured. Miss Pinch horking gravy fast enough to get motion blur. Highlight(a grey chicken) is less sure about the offering.

More solid progress, even did a simple render for shadows this time instead of screensnipping :)
Hopefully rigging will go smooth and then I can do some texture painting on a few things. Only have 1 mouth frame drawn so far but 11 eyes.
Another quick blender render of my OC rathi who is an orange haired elf in either gold or bronze armor not quite decided yet. She's wearing a blue dress and a red sash tied in a ribbon at the back. There is a purple floor her eyes are yellow, and there is an abstract wall in the background and some blender void grey as I haven't bothered with a sky in the scene yet.

Blender WIP screensnip of my elf OC rathi whose eyes have just been glued onto the 3d model(basically) There is an odd abstract maze wall in the background as well as her reference sheet. Her skin is fairly pale, and her eye are yellow with purplish dark lashes and brows.

Just making set dressing.
A blue checkered table with wood panels is lined with geometric dishes holding a rib roast, multiple haunches of something, a few steaks and porkchops, potatoes and tomatoes. So far. The floor is triangularly patterned and the wall is kinda strange right now tbh.

In a red tiled room a red scaled snakewoman with a pale belly and mottled human form that merges into a snake at the bottom and a pair of monstrous(tree) arms. The tail of the snake ends in a tarantula. The woman is blindfolded and is flanked by a mask that can't be fully seen. From where her body meets the snake a third 3 fingered hand sprouts. Bit further and testing out some addons for blender today. Bagapie seems interesting so far. I think it's pretty customizable from what i've read so i'll have to keep messing with it. The default ivy looks nice though so it's kinda worth it just for that tbh.

The tarantula tail is not visible. There is now some moss/ivy and some structures in the background. As well as lighting which shows off the modeling and bumpmap stuff much better. Still haven't started animation.

It's not quite a spider, but I labelled it as comfy spider and that encapsulates most of the image. There's red bricks and is that a snake? Well only some scales in this image. A weird coil is faking being a fire pretty well.

Got a bit more modeling in and started figuring out what textures I could just do procedurally. Deciding whether I like how the skin is yet or not. But very happy with my snake stuff.
Another WIP render from blender. This time showing my character Jahlia, who is merged with snake, tarantula and a tree. With more advanced shading than I had previously using some bump maps and stuff to fake detail on the low poly model.
