The reason it was causing stress is not people sharing it, but rather the fact that it HAD been memed, took the control of the post out of my hands. I came across some pretty awful stuff. Oddly, some racism too, bc the person in the 'meme' was black, and bigots are idiots ✨

In fact not even just in headlines.

I think we need to normalise not judging people based on how journalists phrase things in headlines to fit whatever agender they're trying to propagate.

The same journalists that alternate frame minorities in bad light, and phrase headlines to generate clicks by making things sound outrageous.

But also I'm saying this as a monogamous person, so someone feels free to tell me to shut the fuck up if I'm just dead wrong ✨

I know there are some relationships like this, and I love the word "mono-poly".

But his relationship can be poly really, it's all about open communication and consent. If the people he is with are aware of the other relationships, and everyone involved is happy and consenting with that, then yeah?
