Aloe barbadensis is the botanical name for aloe vera. Guidelines recommends using this name on your ingredient list.
She and her sister looked at the ingredient list of my soap bars and was like: I don't know what aloe barb(mumble) leaf is.

So in the last couple of weeks I've been busting my butt to make bath/foot soaks, bath bombs, car fresheners, and sugar/coffee scrubs.. and the only things that sold yesterday was the car fresheners.
A bit discouraging, since the soap sells but I still have so much of it. Making more isn't wise.

Honestly it came out great! It's a little more southwestern in theme than autumn, which is what I was originally going for. The fragrance oil is a fruity blend called "Autumn Fig Harvest." The fig is why I included the purple. And that's what I also think makes it southwesty. I love it.

I love how these signs turned out and how bright they are. Finding the little led strips and the glue I needed was a godsend. I was even looking up how to solder!

I like how it turned out. Colors aren't as vibrant but this recipe makes white bars, and that's causing a more pastel tone, so I just gotta start adding more colorant.

#ADHD is one of those invisible disabilities. From folks like myself who manage ok and pass/mask symptoms as just quirky personality flaws to people who can't find a job to accommodate that their brain works differently.

Aww a guildie bought me the Wrathion pet! I love this character so much. Easily one of my favorite wow NPCs. I love morally ambiguous characters.. and really love who he's grown into.
Also his visage form is hot 😅 (honesty though his voice actor sells it so well!)

Final bars turned out great imo. Cut these thinner because tallow is expensive. I used a wavey blade just because they're a single color.
That orange sure toned down.
Right now it has a light toasty or nutty scent, but I expect that to fade.

This is made w/ beef tllow and coconut oil.
I also added ground oats, aloe powder, and honey (from a friend's hive!)
Unscented. Gonna call it the Turmeric Tallow Triple.
