Our Education Transformation Committee presented "Recruiting from Within: Challenges & Opportunities with Faculty Development" on Sunday at @stfm-fm.bsky.social #STFMAN25. Presenters highlighted programs from across the country & discussed lessons learned to retain + develop faculty in their depts.
