Btw this CTO said this interview type works very well. As he told me:

I’ve been saying this for months — AI agents and assistants ACCELERATE your work, not replace
Refreshing to see more startups building AI coding tools NOT have ye mission of replacing software engineers with an “AI engineer” (looking at eg Devin, Magic .dev, and recent Meta).
But build tools that make engineers more efficient!
