This work uses the A.nidulans extracellular alkaline protease PrtA as a model to study endosomal trafficking via retromer complex and the multi-vesicular body pathway, in which the function of the transcription factor SltA and Rab7 GTPase are relevant. By I.Picazo & co. Led by @eaespeso.bsky.social
