like I JUST had my monthly therapy, this couldn’t have happened sooner?

I’m pretty sure I had a therapy session related to this recently.

i love my family but being home is causing debilitating stress and im immediately suffering physical consequences from this. i feel ill and i feel so terrible for feeling this way. being alone out of state this summer has made me realize that my normal state of being at home is really not normal
