I’ve been doing a lot of painting lately. It’s so good for my mental health, and having something beautiful to hang on my walls really makes my house feel like my home.

I’m not huge into fantasy so I don’t have very good recommendations for that genre, but my favorite recent read was ‘Mad Honey’ by Jodi Picoult and Jennifer Finnley Boylan. Would totally recommend!

There are two investments that have been worth their weight in gold for me and my cat: a water fountain that cycles water (she drinks so much more!) and a timed automatic feeder (so I don’t miss a feeding if I have to stay late at work).
