I think I’m just gonna exist today. I can’t really do much else.

I really should clean the house and do laundry, but all I’ve managed to do is get out of bed and feed the cat. Now I’m back in bed with the cat and am just laying here trying to exist. I feel like I’m on the brink of crying, but it feels like that’ll use too much energy and my body just can’t do it.

That seems like an incredibly dumb comment. A lot can happen in over a decade.

Honestly, I’d look into life alert or something similar. I know if I were in your shoes, it’d bring me some comfort and relief.

Having someone who isn’t afraid of going to therapy or putting in the work to build a solid foundation has been such an incredible gift.

We both came into the relationship with so much baggage, it’s been a breath of fresh air to be able to unpack that together and create a safe space. You don’t need to go to therapy as a last resort lifeline for a relationship
