I have yet to get an answer back when I bring up giving up copyrights. People just shuffle their feet and move on to another subject. I am not familiar with trade secret protections on AI prompts or output, but it’s obvious that there is peer pressure with no risk vs reward calculation.

I am 40, and at 20-25 I would have trouble using certain credit cards after flying somewhere because of fraud algorithms. Could usually run the card again after calling or a few times the credit card company called me to ask if I travelled.

This is much more a mixed bag. The average vehicle has more useful years/miles on the road, side mirrors fail more often than side cameras, backup cameras seem very reliable, but physical buttons for infotainment/climate control are better (and I have them on my 2023 Maverick).

When mergers and acquisitions are announced, the dollar figure in the headlines is usually the valuation of the company at the new price implied in the exchange. Raising $50m for 10% of the company is a $500m deal.
