One thing needed is commercials, each focusing on a specific disease and its symptoms. People don't know the diseases anymore, and they respond to personal stories. We had great conversations with vax hesitant people with this program before the pandemic. sci-why.blogspot.com/2014/07/quar...

In talking with vaccine hesitant people I found some key things helped in the conversation. 1. Details about the diseases (people have no idea). 2. Some history. 3. Addressing a key underlying misunderstanding of the science. Meeting smart time travelers helped. sci-why.blogspot.com/2014/07/quar...

My grandfather was an early public health doctor in Canada. He saw patients suffering before many of the vaccines were available, and saw the incredible drop in numbers of infections and deaths after they were introduced. A generation of healthy people forgets the dangers of these diseases.

I miss visible, easily replaceable bumpers. And love the look of some of the fun old Brit cars like MGB convertibles and Triumphs. And, why can't modern vans look like 1960s VW vans?

I gave up watching certain shows because the lighting was so poor I couldn't tell what was happening. There are some movies I couldn't get through either. It's not just Netflix.
