A picture of the sun setting over a fjord. The sun is nestled at the base between two mountains along the fjord, and the foreground is comprised of a lake that has frozen entirely over. The frozen ice has an uneven layer, caused by the many protruding bits of ice. As the tides change, the frozen ice cracks against rocks near the surface, gets shuffled along, and then re-freezes to form these sculptures along the surface. These disruptions in the surface cast long shadows with the help of the sun, and are bathed in a golden glow. DJI Air2S @ 1/500s, f5.6, ISO 100
