For Da'f vs Du'f within Hafs, apparently Da'f is preferable at least for now for me
1. Internal consistency due to unanimous usage with fatha in 8:66.
2. Opposite of quwwat mentioned as Da'f in lexicons.
3. AABrocket PHD thesis claims subcontinent had both in manuscripts he used
