Can't speak for everyone, but I found you on that YouTube comment where some furries saved a guy from gang members. You did say you know where to find sources so I followed out of curiosity. The furry stuff is also fine so I stayed. Still waiting for the source though.

To support the art is to support the artist, even if it means respecting their decision to end the series. And if the artists decide to work on a new project or series, I will gladly accept it with open arms, and enjoy the experience of following a series from the artist again.

So sometimes, it's important to remind myself that while the series can't last forever, we can always cherish the memories of experiencing it and appreciate the art. And every time I remember this series later in my life, I will remember the good memories associated with it.

Despite this, my deep instincts hate change. It wants the series to go on forever, exactly because of how good it is. It wants to forever be able to cherish the experience of reading an episode as it comes out, excited as it sees the plot unravel. Taking this away would be cruel.

Logically, I of course know that a series can't continue forever; the artist will burn out and the story will drag on, among a multitude of reasons. A series having an ending is a logical, ethical and sensible consequence.
