When my og person of contact was out of office and no response. This email exchange is all I needed to know. I made the decision to leave my column and Dread. Even though it last for almost a year, it’s unfortunate how everything went down. Like I’ve mentioned already, I’ve owned up to my mistakes

Josh’s response came off cocky and belittling and I don’t play that game. Like I said, I own up to my mistakes. Mind you this was my FIRST interaction with Josh! Never once has he introduced himself to me when changes were made or anything! There also have been times when I emailed articles to him

And that my focus needs to be on current releases. I explained to him that I would like to continue with the focus on deeps cuts since that’s what I was my expertise and was approached for. Josh didn’t like that response. Read the emails below the see his response.

I’ll admit, I was late submitting my article and that’s no excuse and I fully own up to it. I emailed my article to Josh and afterwards it went south. He told me that if I wanted to continue with my column that I would need to submit to him 5 topics for him to look over and approve…

I’ll admit, I was late submitting my work at times due to my busy life (work 2 jobs, school,and dealing with the passing of my 2 dogs) and I always own up to my mistakes. But with my November article, it didn’t end too well. I was aware that Josh would be the person to report to.
