I'm pretty sure I could have gone for 105, probably even 110 on my deadlifts, but I was also pretty sure I was just feeling good at that moment and it wasn't wise to do so. In it for the long haul, not the today numbers.
Still looking at Masters I in 3 years and a month.

It was supposed to be followed up by softball, but that got cancelled, due to rain. This is a good thing, since it was flaring my rheumatoid arthritis.

I did 1x3 at 75lbs yesterday, with a spotter.
I also got my rowing time in. I really do love my gym time, my thinking place.

Building up day by day. Today was a good day, strength training, food on point, ended up with a nap after dinner, thanks to one of my cats.
I have the next two days off. My only goal for the two days is to not destroy my hard work. I'm bad at the whole social food thing.

Massage, then rec softball, first time getting on base, first time scoring a run. I'm an ice hockey and soccer player, never did the softball thing.
Came home, figured what the heck, I REALLY wanted to lift, so I did. I do hurt, like everything, but such progress!

I have a goal to keep my minimum amount of weight lifted at 3k pounds, and I managed that. Shoulders are definitely fried, but that's growth.
I'm fighting some RA flare, but I'm still fighting, so I'm all good.

Bench Presses felt like I was on fire. I could have stopped at the 3x5 @ 45, but I had way too much left in the tank.
Deadlifts felt pretty solid.
2/3 main lift days done for the week. It's a short week, since I'm out at a LARP this weekend.
