Repairs to the building for settlement are going along.. slowly.. but during the process floor damage was discovered that was missed by everyone
Looks like it's going to be a bigger job then expected.. will see how dangerous it all is eventually.. if the insurance manager actually replies this year.

Hmmmm, it's almost as if the Sequoiadendron Giganteum #Redwoods are the last survivors of the redwoods that were along the shores of Lake Corcoran before it drained away. (Red dots on right are Sequoiadendron Giganteum).
