Writing can be so therapeutic for dealing with pain and trauma. I've finally stopped crying about things randomly, but writing about them and choosing to sift through those feelings again helps so much with properly dealing with it. Definitely recommend journaling if you're having a rough time.

The worst part about having EDS for me is slowly not being able to do things i used to do easily.
I love playing rhythm games (in particular Project Diva) but the joints in my hands hurt after just playing it for 30min on just Hard mode (not even Extreme)

I’m so happy For all of Noctyx, seeing them all together, including Fuu whom i didn’t think would get another full 3D appearance, really makes me happy i discovered them. The joy in my heart is immense.
