I am waiting in the car during my husband's appointment, trying to get some writing done. I'm using Notepad because everything else is refusing to work without the internet. It really feels like I'm in ye olde' times 😂 I've written 4320 characters, because Notepad does not give you a word count.

What are we all working on today? I've spent my morning setting up an old laptop so I can take it out and about with me to get writing done on the go, then I'm hoping to get 1000 words or so written on my current WIP.

Kludde is a mysterious figure in Flemish folklore who strikes terror into the hearts of everyone he meets. He can shapeshift into a dog, a horse, a cat, a bat, and even a tree. In most tales, he forces people to carry him, growing in size until the weight becomes unbearable.
