i have a friend that is severely depressed and suicidal and i've been friends with him for 4 years i've tried to do everything i can to help him realize that no there people who love you out there and that he needs to realize that in order to help himself, now i know how bad suicidal depression is

i know you love him, but from everything you said, myst needs to go, there are some people in life who can't change no matter how hard you try, yes it will break your heart now, but you have good friends who will help you through it, its best for your own long term health. both mental and psychical.
