Also shout out to the new pair of Pleasers I got. Anyone who has been to Electrowerks in London knows that it's a hellhole of uneven floors and endless staircases, but I was very confidently strutting around the place for 5-6 hours last night in these babies.

Did a little make up test for my rave look this weekend, pretty happy with how it turned out. Need to experiment a little with getting the black nice and uniform, and also work out how I want all the cyber wear lines to look, but the style is there for sure.

I guess this is as good a time as any to remind you all that I wrote a cool, queer book set in 1830s London with magic and class politics, which you can buy from all good book stores and online, and when you do I spend the money on looking like a hot bitch at raves.

An example of what I mean here. This video is just one long clip from Grey's Anatomy, and the list is just five random words that the characters said during the clip. "Something, kicked, number, digging, rest" it's completely meaningless but it looks plausible enough if you're doom scrolling.

It's been a whole year since my debut novel, The Potent Solution came out! I'm extremely grateful that I was able to get this story out there and that so many people have enjoyed it. I'm especially delighted that so many people have seen their experiences with ADHD reflected in Charlotte's story.
