1/3 I’m upset because I don’t want to lose access to the medication that keeps me from being bedbound. I’m upset because my clients’ necessary services are being threatened. I’m upset because a system my parents have paid into their entire lives is now more at risk than ever.

The same people yelling, “they’re criminals! They broke the law just by coming here!” are the same people who elected a felon to be their president. They’re not concerned about crime; they’re just racist and xenophobic…

When your therapist checks to make sure you’re safe, your support systems are in place, you have plans in place and asks if you’re planning to stay in Red Indiana or relocate—not bc your mental health is out of control but because the country is out of control.
