Husband: I can’t find any socks
Me:…you can have my socks
H:…the socks on your feet?
Me: yes
H: the ones you wore all night?
Me: and all yesterday
H:….
Me: I would give you my dirty socks off my feet.
H: that’s not the sacrifice you think it is.
Me: it’s commitment!

It’s been hell of a day, but I came outside after work, and there was still some light to the sky from now on, it’s not going to be completely dark when I leave work.

This has got to be better.
