Community saved me.

It was the medicine I didn’t know I needed.

For years I thought growth meant going solo.

Figuring it out alone.

Being “strong” enough not to need help.

If you want real influence, start with emotional fluency.

Here’s what I mean…

Most people have no clue what they’re actually feeling.

They just perform leadership:
✔️ Polished slides
✔️ Confident tone
✔️ Big words
✔️ Stride like they own the place
