Got up at 6am and hit 205 lbs on my deadlifts!!! After taking way too much time off I am officially on my way back to my PR of 215 lbs 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Was up at 7am pulling 185lbs on my deadlifts. Trying to get past my personal PR of 205. Had to go a bit lighter than that today but work is work 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
