These are currently potential offsets that could be on the chopping block if we need to find more money.

If they passed half of the increase on to employees, a family plan would increase by $250 a month. And to pass 75% of the cost to staff, it would cost over $375 for a family plan. To pass all of it on would cost over $500 a month for a family plan. That is unacceptable.

This chart shows what it would cost to pass on part of the health insurance increases to staff. If they passed on a quarter of the increase to staff, it would go up $100+ a month for a family plan.

This is really telling.

These positiosn are also not included in the budget. These are all things that our schools need and will not get.

This is what Dr. Gretz is proposing for the changes to the administrative positions to begin to make up for the underfunding that has been happening for the last several years.
